How far in advance should I place an order?

Please inquire about a custom order with as much notice as possible! We are typically booked out several weeks or months in advance, specifically around holidays, so advanced planning is important. We have limited availability for custom orders and may close custom ordering during heavy holiday seasons. Please note we will not be accepting custom orders with less than 1 week notice in special season.

Do you deliver?

Yes, we do deliver in Blacksburg, Virginia tech campus and Christiansburg area.

Can you recreate a cake I have seen elsewhere?

We always decorate cakes in our own style so we will never copy another baker's design exactly, but we are happy to take inspiration from a cake you have seen.

Do you make fondant covered cakes?

Yes

Do you make Cakepops?

Unfortunately, we do not offer cakepops

I have a nut allergy, can I still eat your products?

We bake all of our cookies in an open kitchen where wheat, dairy, eggs, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts are all present. While we do our best to prevent cross contamination, we cannot completely eliminate the risk. If you have a severe allergy we recommend consulting a medical professional before consuming our products

Can your cakes be frozen?

We do not recommend frozen buttercream/fondant cakes.

Do you make wedding cakes?

We create wedding cakes for small occasions, bridal gatherings, and intimate celebrations. However, we do not offer large wedding cakes or cake tastings.

Do you take bulk orders for cookies?

Yes! All of our cookies are handmade with love, and we do have the capacity to fulfill large orders. However, our pricing remains the same regardless of quantity. Each cookie starts at approximately $3, depending on the level of detail requested.

I haven’t paid my invoice, am I still booked in?

Unfortunately, if you have not paid your invoice before the due date, we cannot guarantee your date will still be available. If necessary, please re-enquire to check if your booking is still possible before sending payment.

What’s your return/exchange/refund policy?

We strive to provide our customers with the highest quality and freshest products possible. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds. We are however committed to addressing any valid concerns regarding the quality, damage, or errors related to your order.
