What customizations do you offer?
We're happy to work with you to customize your order. Minimum quantities apply for any customization, and the price and timeline may be adjusted accordingly. We offer custom stickers, ribbon colors and a customized postcard with your company's logo.
How far in advance do I need to place my order?
We typically require 2 weeks' notice for large orders and an additional week if your order includes customization. That said, we know sometimes time isn't on your side and we're always happy to try and accommodate a shorter window — just ask.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes! When ordering $1,000 or more worth of treats, you receive a 10% discount off your order. The $1,000 threshold does not include shipping, and shipping costs are not eligible for the discount. Cannot be combined with other promotions.

Lead time
Minimum 2 weeks' notice for catering orders, plus an additional week for large parties. We deliver up to 15 miles outside of our bakery.
Order minimum
We have an order minimum of $250 for catering.
Cancellation policy
We ask that catering orders are cancelled at least 1 week in advance. Orders cancelled after that window receive a 40% refund.
